does anyone else feel this way. or is this like a really weird thing that's exceptionally abnormal?

I've tried searching for some diagnosis or psychological reasoning that could explain this phenomena but none of the things I can find accurately describe what I'm experiencing

@root probably has something to do with dissociation or depersonalization well- at least sounds like it

could also go in the direction of slight dysmorphia maybe?
